Othonoi
The Diapontia Islands are a complex of islands in the Ionian Sea located at the northwestern end of Corfu and including Ereikoussa, Mathraki, Othonoi as well as some smaller inhabited islets.
Othonoi
The biggest island of the complex, Othonoi, is the westernmost part of Greece. It has a wonderful natural environment comprising the ruins of Venetian castles, traditional houses and old churches. Ammos is the port of Othonoi.
Sightseeing
From Ammos you can take a boat, reach the green-water beach and see the cave where, according to legend, the nymph Calypso held Odysseus captive.
Also visit the rock-islets of Kastrino and Ostrako, and the enchanting settlements of Dafni and Chorio.

How to get there
The Diapontia Islands are accessible by boat from Sidari and Arila in Corfu.
